PRYZM App – Google User Data Privacy Policy

FranchiSEO operates the PRYZM application, which connects to certain Google services through OAuth to display local search ad information to users.

When you sign in with your Google account, PRYZM may access limited Google user data strictly for authentication and identification purposes. Specifically, we may access:

  • Your Google account name
  • Your Google account email address

No other personal data, advertising account data, or content from your Google account (such as messages, contacts, or files) is accessed or stored.

How We Use Google User Data

The limited data we receive (your name and email) is used to:

  • Authenticate your access to the PRYZM platform.
  • Display your account name within the application interface.
  • Communicate with you regarding your account and service updates.

We do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising or marketing purposes outside of the PRYZM platform.

Your name and email address are retained only while your account remains active on the PRYZM platform.

Revoking Access

At any time, you may revoke PRYZM's access to your Google account by visiting your Google Account Permissions page. Once revoked, PRYZM will no longer be able to access your Google account information.
